Returns & Exchanges
At GLAN VIOR, every order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. We currently offer exchanges only for eligible products and do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Products eligible for exchange must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free from stains, marks, perfume or alterations, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exchange Shipping
There is no additional return or exchange shipping charge for our customers. GLAN VIOR will arrange the return of the eligible product and dispatch of the exchanged product at no additional shipping cost.
Size & Product Exchange
Subject to availability, customers may request:
- Another size of the same product; or
- Another eligible product of equal value.
For an exchange involving a higher-value product, the applicable price difference must be paid before dispatch.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and details of the issue.
After verification, GLAN VIOR will arrange the appropriate resolution, including an exchange where applicable, at no additional cost to you.

Please contact us with your order number and reason for the exchange. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
Please do not send any product back without receiving confirmation from GLAN VIOR.
Exchange availability is subject to stock availability and the applicable terms of our Returns & Exchanges policy.
